The debut trailer for Reset is required viewing. I have NO idea what the gameplay is going to be like but this serves as a valuable lesson in effective use of video trailers. If this doesn’t make you at least intrigued about Reset then I don’t know what will. Expertly done. I should note that according to Theory Interactive the trailer consists entirely of in game footage and not pre- rendered cut scenes.
What exactly is Reset?
Reset is a single player co-op first person puzzle game being developed for PC by Theory Interactive Ltd.
It’s not in Alpha yet so it’s still a long ways off but file this one in your mental Rolodex.

Yes please. Love that trailer.
That was awesome!
Yep. Now that’s how you tease a game.
I hope the game explains why those plants grow so fast. Or else their growth is waaaaaay out of proportion to the speed of the clouds going by. I guess it’s cool. But I want to see how the game actually plays before I get excited about it.
I don’t think the point is “oh man I have to play this!” as much as it is, “I want to see more of what this is all about.”
Yeah, exactly. I know nothing about the game, and that’s fine. I want to see more.
As for the cloud speed versus tree growth, well, perhaps. But allow for a little artistic license.
Nice trailer, but if I’ve learned anything from Dead Island, its not to trust pretty teaser trailers. Mind you, I still liked Dead Island, but its first trailer was not a good representation of the game at all (besides for telling us zombies were involved).
