This new trailer for The Conduit 2 shows you a smattering of places you’ll visit in the game, some real, some not so much, unless there’s a city called “Fountain, China.” Oh yeah, Fountain? Sure! Head out towards Tree, then take a left at Rock and it’s just a little past Park Bench. If you get to Dustbin, you’ve gone too far. I quite liked the original Conduit and am looking forward to this one. Plus, with everyone ditching their Wii’s, I’ll probably end up reviewing it. Yes, Barnes, you go ahead and trade in that Wii. Papa needs a new pair of shoes.
Over at Fortress AT, I did a review of The Conduit wherein I made the comparison that The Conduit is to HD FPS titles what Stryper was to secular hard rock. Trying too hard, too clean, and not any good.
But man, that control scheme…I can’t argue with that. I played the whole game just because it handled so well. But then I had that “I can’t believe I played the whole thing” feeling.
