Ocarina 3D on June 19th

No High Scores

The North American release date of the 3DS remake of Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of time has been officially set as June 19th. That’s just a hair over two months away, which is great because I have all of these awesome 3DS launch games to get through! Oh, wait. The 3DS remake of Ocarina will have fancy 3D visuals, a slightly easier water temple and the Master Quest version of the game. It also comes with a free puppy.

(Free puppy not included.)

  1. I have this strange sense of foreboding, like they’re going to force you to play the 3DS like an actual ocarina when playing the songs.

    Please, please, no.

  2. If that were an option I could turn on or off, it would be completely awesome! Making it required though would be very inconvient in many situations.

  3. They did that already with Phantom Hourglass if I remember correctly. You had to play certain songs by blowing into the microphone and getting the rhythm correct. I don’t remember if you could turn that off or not.

  4. There wasn’t anything wrong with it. It was brilliant. It was also quite the mind bender to figure out.
