One of the highlights of E3 this year was the time I spent playing Driver San Francisco multiplayer with Brian Rowe and Tom Chick. This dev diary talks about what makes the game special — the “shift” mechanic, which allows you to teleport from car to car like a vehicular spirit guide.

Although, really, do we need to interview these guys while they’re driving?

  1. I actually saw a DMC-12 driving down the road the other day…in showroom condition. Beautiful!
