The trailers for Syndicate have thus far been, um, less than inspiring. This new one actually shows how the game will work. I still think it looks like recycled ass, but the core gameplay doesn’t look too bad.
There is a staleness to these trailers though that I can’t quite put my finger on. Maybe it’s the art direction? And I still have no earthly idea what this has to do with Syndicate.
So. . . it’s Deus Ex? I love me some sci-fi shooters, but this is just a little too close to Deus Ex for my tastes. I hope Prey 2 goes for a,little less of a pat style and look.
