Jumping the Shark Podcast #138

No High Scores Podcast Logo

Jumping the Shark #138 makes itself the unofficial sequel to Planes, Trains, and Automobiles this week as Bill recounts his epic journey from New Hampshire to Lancaster for the World Board Gaming championships and the largely successful launch of Road to Enlightenment. I don’t want to spoil anything, but his life was in mortal danger more than once. We also hear more about on the other side of the booth. Brandon picks it up with everything he’s able to talk about in Darksiders 2. (Hint: Not a lot. Stupid embargo.) And Todd is dismayed by yet another unexpected software install, courtesy of Wings of Prey.

Todd Brakke

Todd was born in Ann Arbor with a Michigan helmet in one hand and a mouse in the other. (Never you mind the logistics of this.) He grew, vertically anyway, and proceeded to spend over 16 years as a development editor for Pearson Education, publishing books, videos, and digital learning products under the Que and Sams Publishing imprints. Because that wasn't enough of a challenge, Todd has also been a 20-year part-time snob about video games, writing reviews, features, and more for multiple outlets. 1. Just had a chance to listen to this at work tonight. Bill’s travel story lives up to the hype. I’ve had trips like that before.
