Jumping the Shark Podcast #199

No High Scores Podcast Logo

It’s episode #199 and Brandon and I are here to do two things and two things only: One, have an impromptu discussion about Skyrim and why Brandon should not, under any circumstances, venture back into that world. And, two, break down the first episode of Telltale’s The Walking Dead Season 2. The spoiler lamp is most definitely lit in this one. It’s a giant fiery ball, that reaches to every crack and crevice in the game and exposes its deepest darkest secrets, including which of us has more sympathy for cute four-legged critters. Ye been warned.

  1. It’s a shame that whole treadmill thing didn’t pan out. At least there were “hilarious consequences” to discuss.

I’m considering getting a rowing machine. If someone can think of a way to play games whilst using that, I will be very impressed. I’ll likely be stuck to watching more episodes of Justified (of which I am on season 3, thanks for the recommendation).

    1. Oh, the treadmill will work out. I just need more time on it. I successfully completed a workout without falling off of it last week. Now I just need a good way to make custom workouts.

There are far, far worse ways to spend one’s workout than watching Justified. 😉

    2. Justified was the best TV surprise I had last year, so thanks Brandon for mentioning it on the podcast.
As for the podcast; keep up the good work. The format is still entertaining and your scheduling is just fine by me.
